For 54 years, my husband and I have prayed together every morning. Even when on different continents, via phone or Zoom, we have kept in contact with this choice, with rare exceptions like hospital days or a couple of weeks when he walked a route on the Camino. Prayer is essential, our anchor through many storms and a lifeline to share with others.

Learning the true fear of the Lord is a beautiful adventure.

Periodically over the years God has directed me to start an in-home prayer time with several people attending. I never know how long this season of prayer is, sometimes it’s six weeks eight weeks, we’ve even gone two years before, but this wonderful concentrated focused prayer time with other believers for an hour every week, uplifts my heart and my soul. Daily prayer is special one on one with the Father which always leads me to praise.
